Production Test

A work test verifies the manufacturing processes on real components or test plates under production conditions to ensure that all safety standards are met.

Physical-Chemical Working Mechanism

The work test ensures that manufacturing parameters such as temperature, voltage, and time are correctly maintained. This prevents material defects and ensures safe production.

Metallurgical Relevance & Risks in Welding

Incorrect settings or irregular processes can lead to porosity, hot cracking, or inadequate strength. A work test prevents such errors and ensures high product quality.

Workshop Practice & Action Instructions

Perform the work test regularly by welding on actual components or test plates under the same production conditions. Monitor temperatures, voltages, and times closely. Record any deviations and adjust the processes accordingly.
