Oxy-Fuel Cutting Nozzle

An annular arrangement of preheat flame channels and a central oxygen bore that ensures uniform preheating and combustion of the material.

The cutting nozzle has a ring of heating flame holes in front around the central cutting oxygen nozzle. The heating flames bring the material to ignition temperature, then the oxygen blows the metal away and burns it. If the small holes are clogged or worn, the flame becomes unclean and the cut suffers. Keep the nozzle openings free of spatter and clean, then the cut burns through evenly.
