Automatic Torch Cleaning Station

A peripheral device in the robot cell that mechanically or pneumatically removes weld spatter from the gas nozzle. It ensures a constant shielding gas flow.

The station removes spatter from the gas nozzle mechanically or with compressed air. If you don't keep the torch clean, the shielding gas won't come out evenly, and you'll get porosity or cracks in the weld. Clean the nozzle regularly after welding. For the pneumatic version, set the pressure so it blows off cleanly without damaging the nozzle.
