Hand-Guiding Teach Method

An intuitive programming method where the operator manually guides the robot arm along the joint points. This simplifies program creation for inexperienced personnel.

During teach-in, you guide the robot manually along the weld seam once. The robot saves the movements and positions as a program. This is ideal for complex or irregular parts where free programming is not worth it. Make sure you guide the welding torch cleanly and evenly, otherwise the robot will adopt your errors and the seam will be unclean. After teaching, check the path calmly before starting automatic mode.
