High-Temperature Vacuum Brazing Process

Thermal joining under technical vacuum at temperatures exceeding 900 degrees Celsius to prevent oxidation and purely join highly stressed components.

In vacuum brazing, the whole thing is done in a chamber under vacuum so that no oxygen gets in and the parts don't oxidize. The high temperature makes the filler metal flow and joins the components cleanly. If the vacuum isn't right or you cool too fast, the structure can suffer or the parts can distort. Make sure the chamber is sealed and let the parts cool slowly, then the joint will be fine.
