In-situ Process Temperature Monitoring

The continuous, thermographic recording of component temperature during the build process to prevent overheating.

If you want to keep an eye on the temperature during welding, use a thermal imaging device or a temperature stick and measure directly at the weld seam or in the heat-affected zone. If the part gets too hot, you change the structure, the material becomes hard and brittle, and you risk cracks. So: better let it cool down in between and keep an eye on the temperature, then you avoid burning the material and a bad weld.
