Magnetically Controlled Rotating Arc Welding

A pressure welding process where the magnetic field rotates the arc along the joint cross-section, ensuring rapid and repeatable pipe connections.

The magnetic field pulls the arc evenly through the joint and makes it rotate. This distributes the heat better and the weld becomes more uniform. If the field is not set cleanly or runs irregularly, the arc becomes unstable, you get porosity and the weld quality suffers. So make sure the rotation runs smooth and even, then it'll be fine.
