Metal-Cored Wire

A flux-cored wire with a metallic powder core filling that enables high deposition rates and a stable arc during GMAW processes.

The metal powder cored wire has a filling that ensures a calm, even melting behavior. This gives you a clean weld with good strength, without the melt running away. When processing the wire, you just need to ensure a constant wire speed and a stable arc. If the wire is not clean or the filling is uneven, you'll notice it immediately from an unstable arc and spatter. Then better check the wire and contact tip before welding further.
