Metallurgical neutral flux

A submerged arc welding flux that neither releases nor absorbs significant alloying elements during the welding process, thereby precisely maintaining the wire analysis in the weld.

Neutral powder is a filler that does not change the chemical composition of the steel. It only serves as a carrier for the welding additives and prevents the alloy properties of the base material from being lost. This is important when you weld high-alloy or special steels and want to retain their properties. If you grab the wrong powder or it is not clean and dry, you quickly get pores in the weld or an unclean surface. So make sure the powder is fine and homogeneous, then the weld runs clean and even.
