Nickel-Base Solid Wire

A solid nickel-base welding wire used for joining heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant special materials.

For really hot conditions or aggressive media, use nickel-based solid wire. It withstands temperatures and chemicals where normal steel fails. The material must be clean – grease and rust cause pores in the weld. Best welded with TIG or MIG and inert shielding gas. Don't put too much heat in, or the part will distort or the weld will crack.
