Nickel-base welding wire

A specialized filler material for high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant applications in the chemical industry and power engineering. It retains its strength even under extreme thermal conditions.

Nickel-based wire is intended for high-alloy and heat-resistant joints where normal steel filler simply fails. The nickel in the wire ensures a calm weld pool and a tough, corrosion-resistant seam. If you set it wrong or put in too much heat, you'll quickly get hot cracks or a hard, brittle seam. Keep the interpass temperature in check and let the part cool slowly after welding to keep the structure nice and tough. Cleanliness is key here – grease and rust are the most common cause of porosity in nickel.
