Offline Welding Parameter Database

A central digital archive of validated welding instructions and parameter sets for various materials and sheet thicknesses. It accelerates process design in engineering.

An offline welding parameter database is nothing more than a digital reference for setting up your machine. You look up the material and sheet thickness and it shows you the appropriate values for current, voltage, and wire feed speed. That's your basis for getting a clean weld. If you ignore the parameters or choose them wrong, you'll see it immediately in the weld: ugly transitions, spatter, or lack of penetration. In the worst case, you get cold cracks or brittle structure, and the part won't hold. So: always check the database first when welding a new material or different sheet thickness. The values are a good starting point, but feel free to adjust them to your machine and your position. And keep the database up to date if you notice that certain settings work better for you.
