Inspection Document

A test certificate is official proof that a product meets specified quality standards and norms. It is issued by a qualified inspector.

Physikalisch-chemischer Wirkmechanismus

A test certificate documents the result of a quality assurance check. Various properties of the product are checked, such as material quality, dimensions, and function.

Metallurgical Relevance & Welding Risks

When making metal weld joints, a test certificate is essential. It ensures that the weld has the necessary strength and toughness and no defects. Without a valid test certificate, the product cannot be processed further or sold.

Werkstattpraxis & Handlungsanweisungen

To get a test certificate, products must be carefully inspected after manufacture. This includes visual inspections, mechanical tests, and chemical analyses. The test must be done by a qualified inspector who knows the relevant norms and standards. After successful testing, an official certificate is issued that includes the date, test methods, and result.
