Pulsed arc welding

A process where welding current alternates between a background level and a high peak pulse level. This enables low-spatter metal transfer and precise heat control in difficult welding positions.

In pulsed arc welding, you alternate between a lower background current and a higher pulse current. The background current keeps the arc stable, and the pulse current ensures controlled material transfer – this makes the weld cleaner and with less spatter.
