Rutiled stainless steel flux-cored wire

An alloyed flux-cored wire with rutile slag characteristics that produces excellent positional welding performance and smooth, ripple-free weld surfaces.

Rutile stainless steel flux-cored wire is an all-rounder for welding. The slag type makes the weld smooth and clean, and you can work well in confined positions. The slag is easy to remove, saving time on post-weld cleanup. It's important to clean the material before you start. And think about whether you really need a flux-cored wire for the application – for thin sheets or when you need a lot of heat control, another solution is often better. If you don't hit the parameters cleanly, the weld will be porous or won't fuse properly.
