Shielding Gas Welding Protective Lens Set

A set of cover, main, and front lenses for a TIG welding mask that ensures visibility and radiation protection. Must be checked regularly for wear.

Physical-Chemical Mechanism of Action

The gas-shielded welding face shield set consists of multiple lenses that work together to create a sealed protective space for the welder. The outer lens protects against radiation and dust, while the inner and cover lenses cover the face and eyes.

Metallurgical Relevance & Welding Risks

A defective face shield set can lead to insufficient protection against radiation and dust, which can cause health issues. Additionally, a worn set can impair visibility, making welding dangerous.

Workshop Practice & Instructions

Check the face shield set regularly for wear and damage. Replace lenses immediately at the first sign of wear or damage. Ensure all lenses are correctly installed to guarantee full protection.
