Welding Coordinator

The welding supervisor makes sure the process runs clean. You check the equipment, the gas, and the prep of the parts before it starts. If you don't pay attention, you'll quickly get porosity in the weld or cracks because the material cools wrong or the shielding zone isn't right. So you don't just keep an eye on the welder, but also that the parameters and cooling match the material – then the weld holds.
