Shielding gas analysis unit

A measuring auxiliary system for continuously checking shielding gas purity and dew point directly at the welding nozzle.

The shielding gas analysis unit continuously checks whether your shielding gas is clean and dry enough. It measures whether moisture or contaminants like hydrogen or nitrogen have gotten in. If the gas is moist or dirty, you get pores in the weld and the joint won't be properly strong. You must calibrate the unit regularly and watch the readout – if values jump or look odd, something's wrong with your gas cylinder or hoses. Then swap the source and check the lines before continuing to weld.
