Weld spatter release spray

Welding auxiliary agent: Anti-spatter spray prevents weld spatter from sticking to parts, improving weld quality and results.

Physical-Chemical Mechanism of Action

Welding aid anti-spatter spray forms a thin layer on the surface of steel or other metals. This layer prevents spatter from directly contacting the metal and sticking to it. This keeps the metal clean for the joining process.

Metallurgical Relevance & Risks in Welding

Without anti-spatter spray, spatter can adhere, leading to uneven joining performance and possible cracks. The spray ensures that spatter distributes evenly on the surface and enables a homogeneous joint.

Workshop Practice & Instructions

Use the anti-spatter spray before welding in a thin spray burst. Make sure the surface is dry and free of liquids. A spray pattern of about 1 cm distance ensures optimal application. For difficult-to-weld materials, the spray can be applied in higher doses.
