Welding Flux Recycling System

A welding flux recycling system collects unused, intact flux from the work area, separates it from slag, and feeds it back into the welding machine. This saves material and improves production performance.

Physico-Chemical Working Principle

The system uses a filter to clean the powder. Unusable metal flakes or other debris are separated and removed from the intact powder.

Metallurgical Relevance & Welding Risks

Without recycling, unused powder can accumulate at the workplace, causing contamination and inefficiency. Recycling improves powder quality and prevents waste.

Workshop Practice & Action Guidelines

Install the recycling system directly at the workstation. Make sure the filter is emptied regularly (at least every 8 hours under intensive use). Use powder with high purity and consistent properties for optimal results.
