Welding Flux Drying Oven
A thermal device used for dehumidifying submerged arc fluxes to prevent hydrogen-induced cracking in the weld metal.
Dry powder is the be-all and end-all. The oven draws out the moisture that would otherwise bring hydrogen into the weld and cause cracks. So pack the powder only after drying, and don't let it get too hot in the oven, or it will burn. If you do it right, you'll have no problems with pores or cracks in the weld.
