Welding Fume Filter Cleaning System Using Compressed Air

An automatic cleaning option that frees filter cartridges from adhering dust by means of defined compressed air pulses. This significantly extends the service life of the filter elements.

The filter cleaning system blows off the cartridges with compressed air so that dust and welding residue loosen and fall down. When the filters clog, the fume extractor pulls worse and the air in the workshop quickly turns bad – you notice it right away by smell and visibility. Clean the cartridges regularly during operation, preferably at short intervals, then the system lasts longer. Set the air pressure so that the dust falls off cleanly but the cartridge isn't damaged. If you notice the extraction weakening, it's high time for a cleaning round.
