Safety Gas Hose for Welding Gases

A pressure-resistant, flame-retardant hose for safe supply of shielding gases and fuel gases to the welding device. Prevents gas leakage and minimizes fire risks in the work area.

Physical-Chemical Operating Principle

A safety gas hose is made from a strong pressure-resistant material that is also flame-retardant. This prevents gas leaks and offers fire protection.

Metallurgical Relevance & Welding Risks

Without a safety gas hose, gas leaks can create hazardous gas mixtures that may lead to fire or explosion. This raises the fire risk and can cause serious accidents.

Workshop Practice & Action Steps

Always use a pressure-resistant, flame-retardant safety gas hose for supplying shielding gases and fuel gases. Make sure the hose has no gaps or damage and is properly connected. Regularly test the hose for pressure resistance and conductivity.
