Sintered flux for submerged arc welding

A thermally pretreated welding flux that allows targeted alloy transfer into the weld pool due to its homogeneous grain structure.

Sintered powder is thermally pretreated so that the grains get a uniform, homogeneous structure. This ensures that the alloying elements transfer cleanly and controlled into the weld pool. If the powder is not properly sintered, it melts unevenly, which can lead to pores and a weaker weld. So make sure you only use properly pretreated powder and strictly adhere to the welding parameters, then the weld will be tight and strong.
