Arc Actuator Element

Control engineering component for the rapid adjustment of electrical parameters in the short-circuit or spray arc range.

The actuator regulates the voltage and current in the arc. That's how you control heat input and weld pool behavior. If the setting is off, you either get poor penetration or you burn through the material. Always set it for the specific material and sheet thickness, and check the values periodically, then the weld will be clean and strong.
