Dip Brazing Bath Monitoring

Continuous analysis and temperature control of the molten salt or solder bath to ensure consistent metallurgical conditions.

In dip soldering, you have to keep an eye on the solder bath – both temperature and composition. If the temperature is off or the additives like silicon or titanium are not right, you get pores in the solder and the joint becomes brittle. Therefore, monitor the bath regularly with an analysis system and keep the values within the specified range. This avoids cracks and a weak connection.
