Unalloyed solid welding wire

A standardized wire filler material with low carbon and alloy base for MAG welding of structural steels.

Unalloyed solid wire is the standard material for MAG welding of structural steel. The wire melts cleanly and transfers hardly any alloying elements to the weld, keeping it tough and crack-resistant. If you're welding normal S235 or similar structural steels, this wire works well. Just make sure the base material is clean and you don't put in too much heat, otherwise the weld can become porous or the wire spatters heavily. For higher-strength or alloyed steels, you need a suitable wire; this one won't cut it.
