Heat-Resistant Welding Protective Gloves

Heat-resistant welder's gloves made of heat-resistant grain leather and insulating inner lining protect against burns and heat while ensuring finger dexterity during torch handling.

Physicochemical Mechanism of Action

The gloves consist of an outer protective layer of grain leather that does not deform at high temperatures and prevents burns. The inner lining is made of insulating material that blocks heat from the skin and ensures comfort.

Metallurgical Relevance & Welding Risks

Without proper protective measures, metal splatter or high contact heat can cause burns, leading to serious injuries and downtime. Finger dexterity is crucial for precise torch control and can be impaired by excessive heat.

Workshop Practice & Instructions

Use heat-resistant welding gloves for all work with hot metals or torches. Make sure the inner lining is not damaged and provides good heat insulation. Always wear the gloves when working near hot surfaces.
