TIG Pulse Welding
A tungsten inert gas welding process featuring a periodically modulated current for precise heat input and weld pool geometry control. This minimizes thermal distortion and optimizes root penetration characteristics.
Pulse welding means the current is periodically switched between base current and pulse current. This gives you a stable arc and controlled penetration without the weld pool running away. You can weld thin sheets and keep heat input low. You set frequency and current according to material and sheet thickness. If you don't hit the parameters cleanly, the weld becomes irregular or you burn through the material.
