TIG Cold Wire Feed Process
A precise tungsten inert gas welding process where the filler wire is fed into the weld pool unheated, but mechanically synchronized at a precise impingement angle. This allows exact control of weld reinforcement and deposition rate, independent of the welding current.
The filler wire is fed cold into the weld pool at a fixed angle. Current and wire feed are set independently so you can control the bead build-up cleanly. If the angle is off or the mechanics aren't in sync, the weld becomes irregular and strength suffers. So make sure the wire runs in evenly and at the right angle, then it'll be fine.
