Zirconium deoxidation modification

The addition of zirconium to refine the cast structure and simultaneously bind residual gases such as oxygen and nitrogen in heat-resistant materials.

Zirconium binds oxygen and nitrogen in the weld pool. This keeps the melt clean and you won't get pores in the structure. It makes the material stronger and tougher, so it can handle more stress. But be careful: too much of it and the part becomes brittle and cracks hot during welding. So don't add too much, then it'll be fine.
