EN-GJL-300 (GG-30)
0.6030 (EN-GJL-300 (GG-30)) is gray cast [[element:Fe|iron]] with [[glossary:lamellengraphit|lamellar graphite]]: easy to cast, dampens vibrations, but brittle. The free [[element:C|carbon]] in flakes makes welding difficult. Typical analysis: 3 % C, 0.2 % Cr, 0.9 % Mn, 1.7 % Si.
