X33CrS16

1.2085 (X33CrS16) is the corrosion-resistant mold steel for medical technology: around 16 % [[element:Cr|chromium]] protect against aggressive media, a [[element:S|sulfur]] addition makes it easy to machine. It's the material for molds that run under cleanroom conditions or with corrosive plastics. When welding, the [[glossary:korrosion|corrosion resistance]] of the repaired area must be maintained.
