X38CrMo16

1.2606 (X38CrMo16) is a stainless [[glossary:kaltarbeitsstahl|cold-work steel]] with 16 % [[element:Cr|chromium]], [[element:Mo|molybdenum]], and 0.38 % [[element:C|carbon]]. It combines [[glossary:korrosion|corrosion]] resistance with good [[glossary:haertbarkeit|hardenability]]. Use: tools for food and plastics processing, molds that need to be corrosion-resistant.
