X100CrMoV5-1

1.2901 (X100CrMoV5-1) is a [[glossary:kunststoffformenstahl|plastic mold steel]] with 1.0 % [[element:C|carbon]], 5 % [[element:Cr|chromium]], [[element:Mo|molybdenum]], and [[element:V|vanadium]]. It is hardened and polished for molds with the highest surface requirements. Use: precision molds, optical molds where mirror finish is required.
