X6NiCrTiMoVB25-15-2

The 1.4980 (X6NiCrTiMoVB25-15-2 (A286)) is a [[element:Ni|nickel]]-base alloy: [[glossary:warmfestigkeit|high-temperature strength]] and [[glossary:korrosion|corrosion]] resistance for turbines, furnace construction, and chemical plants. The weld pool is viscous and sluggish. Typical analysis: 0.05 % C, 0.3 % V, 15 % Cr, 1.35 % Mn, 1.25 % Mo, 25.5 % Ni, 0.5 % Si. For higher [[glossary:verschleissschutz|wear protection]], three hard-facing options are available: S Fe 1 (martensitic, approx. 300–400 HB, machinable), S Fe 2 (wear-resistant and tough, approx. 50–55 HRC, conditionally machinable) and S Fe 15 ([[glossary:karbid|carbide]]-rich, approx. 55–65+ HRC, not machinable).
