CuCo2Be

CuCo2Be (2.1285) is a precipitation-[[glossary:haerten|hardening]] [[glossary:berylliumkupfer|beryllium copper]] with [[element:Co|cobalt]]. It reaches even higher hot strength than CuBe2 and keeps its [[glossary:haerte|hardness]] at elevated temperatures — typical for [[glossary:widerstandsschweissen|resistance welding]] electrodes and injection molds. Typical analysis: 2.0–2.8 % Co, 0.4–0.7 % Be, balance Cu.
