The World of Oxy-Fuel Cutting & Flame Straightening

The original form of thermal joining technology. Mastery of acetylene/oxygen mixtures, flame zones, flame straightening, and flame cutting.

Flame Adjustment & Pressure Calculator

Determine the gas pressures, burner size, and the ideal mixing ratio (O₂ / C₂H₂).

Material Thickness / Wall Thickness:2.5 mm
Flame characteristics:
Recommended Burner (Size):Size 3 (2 - 4 mm)
Oxygen (O2):2.5 - 3.0 bar
Acetylene (C2H2):0.2 - 0.5 bar

Rule: Use a neutral flame for ordinary steels! Use an oxidizing flame ONLY for brazing brass.

Master Technique: Flame Straightening

Place strategically positioned heat triangles (point toward the seam, base toward the distortion). The material expands, undergoes plastic deformation, and straightens the component with millimeter precision as it cools!
